iCare510 Vision Care
iCare510 is Tzu Chi USA’s grassroots vision care initiative, delivering free eye exams and glasses to children, seniors, aand underserved communities through our Vision Care. Weremove barriers like cost, lack of insurance, and limited access – bringing care directly where it’s needed most.

Northwest Region Office
Tzu Chi’s Northwest Region chapter first began by one woman as the San Jose Service Center in 1993 where the Region Office is currently based. We provide wildfire relief, especially due to the latest catastrophic fires in the area, as well as flood relief.
