Founded in 1993, Tzu Chi Seattle Branch embraces the spirit of “Buddhism in action” to make this beautiful city we call home an even better place for everyone.
We care for people experiencing homelessness by offering meals, essential supplies, and building tiny homes that provide shelter and dignity. We also walk alongside individuals in reentry programs, helping them settle back into society and contribute positively to the community. Our work extends to supporting low-income families, children, and seniors, in collaboration with partner agencies to bring resources and care where they are needed most.
Today, we are also inviting more tech talent to join us in modernizing and expanding our services, so that the power of compassion can reach even further.

For 20 years, we are grateful to all the members of the community for their support and donations.
As we continue to sow the seeds of goodness with compassion, wisdom, and willingness, cultivating with the hopes of continuing to provide compassion in action.
