Level Up Your Leadership
Grow through GPYD’s 9-month program with coaching in leadership, humanitarian values, advocacy, networking, public speaking, and event organizing.
Participate in GPYD’s Working Groups on:
Create powerful, compassion-driven events — from local service activities to UN youth dialogues.
Analyze global challenges and help shape youth-led advocacy through insights and policy-focused storytelling.
Produce creative digital content that brings stories of compassion and innovation to life.
Craft articles, interviews, and reflections that document Tzu Chi’s global impact and youth leadership.
