Hurricane Ida Relief Volunteer Opportunity
On August 29th, the 16th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Ida made landfall in Louisiana.
Its effects were profoundly felt, and the storm’s remnants soon produced catastrophic flash flooding in the Northeastern United States. Tzu Chi Volunteers have mobilized to conduct our assessment and provide relief for New Yorkers whose homes were severely affected by the life-threatening floods.
