Tzu Chi USA is providing Emergency Financial Assistance to the primary resident(s) of homes that have been destroyed or severely damaged by Hurricane Helene or Milton.
If you live in North Carolina or South Carolina, click here.

Eligibility:
- Homeowners or renters living at residences that were destroyed or severely damaged by Hurricane Helene or Milton.
- The destroyed or severely damaged residence MUST be your PRIMARY RESIDENCE. If NOT, please DO NOT apply to reserve resources for those in dire need.
