Job Description
- Arranging logistics and preparing administrative arrangement for activities and events
- Filing all logistics and maintenance related documents(invoices, receipts, and other related documents)
- Facility management and maintenance, office supplies,vehicles, gardening and cleaning services
- Procurement and inventory control
- Keeping record of office assets
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Bilingual in Chinese/English speaking and typing
Education
Bachelor degree preferred
Experience
3 year+ experience in administration related field
Language
English and Mandarin Chinese
Software
Microsoft office/Google Suite
Hour
$18+ per hour based on experience
40 hours per week
