Taught by a professional pastry chef from Ferrandi Paris, this course combines French pastry craftsmanship with baking theory. Students will learn to make classic desserts such as cakes, tarts, macarons, and mousses, while gaining expertise in ingredient pairing, temperature control, and texture refinement. With step-by-step instruction, participants will experience the charm of authentic French pastry and acquire the skills to create refined desserts independently.
