Led by experienced instructors, the Yoga course guides students through Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing), and relaxation practices to improve posture, build strength, and ease stress. Beginning with foundational poses and progressing to advanced movements, students cultivate balance and stability through mindful practice. Regular training enhances flexibility, focus, and overall well-being, restoring harmony in both body and mind.
What to Bring: Students must bring their own yoga mat and two yoga blocks.
