Tai Chi integrates martial arts, qigong, and wellness philosophy, emphasizing the harmony of movement and stillness. Lessons include stances, hand forms, footwork, and routines, coordinated with breathing and mindfulness. Through practice, students strengthen the body, improve balance, enhance circulation, and reduce stress. Over time, Tai Chi builds flexibility, immunity, focus, and inner stability, supporting both physical health and mental peace.

Notes

  • Each course has a limited number of students. If the enrollment limit is exceeded, priority will be given to those who have paid the registration fee first.
  • Course dates are subject to the latest website version listed above. The printed schedule is subject to change.
  • Target audience: General public aged 18 and above (Parent & Me Course – parents and their immediate children).
    Seniors aged 65 and above receive a 10% discount on tuition. This discount cannot be reversed after registration is complete.
  • The Continuing Education Center reserves the right to change dates and start classes only after the minimum enrollment requirement is reached. Please register early.
  • Joining a class mid-course still requires full tuition payment. Students who join, take leave, or are absent will not be eligible for make-up classes or refunds.
