Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice designed to support physical recovery and inner calm. Using passive postures, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, students ease tension, reduce fatigue, and improve overall well-being. Props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets help the body fully relax and hold poses comfortably for longer periods. This class is suitable for all levels, especially those experiencing stress, tight muscles, or seeking deep rest and healing.

$80/ 10 weeks

Notes

  • Each course has a limited number of students. If the enrollment limit is exceeded, priority will be given to those who have paid the registration fee first.
  • Course dates are subject to the latest website version listed above. The printed schedule is subject to change.
  • Target audience: General public aged 18 and above (Parent & Me Course – parents and their immediate children).
    Seniors aged 65 and above receive a 10% discount on tuition. This discount cannot be reversed after registration is complete.
  • The Continuing Education Center reserves the right to change dates and start classes only after the minimum enrollment requirement is reached. Please register early.
  • Joining a class mid-course still requires full tuition payment. Students who join, take leave, or are absent will not be eligible for make-up classes or refunds.
