Kundalini Yoga is a holistic mind-body-spirit practice focusing on Pranayama (breathwork), Mantra (chanting), Meditation, and Kriya (specific movements) to gradually awaken awareness and energy flow. With regular practice, students can release stress, strengthen immunity, enhance self-healing, and build resilience and inner stability. This course is ideal for those seeking self-exploration, mindfulness, and harmony of body and spirit.

What to Bring: Students must bring their own yoga mat.

Notes

  • Each course has a limited number of students. If the enrollment limit is exceeded, priority will be given to those who have paid the registration fee first.
  • Course dates are subject to the latest website version listed above. The printed schedule is subject to change.
  • Target audience: General public aged 18 and above (Parent & Me Course – parents and their immediate children).
    Seniors aged 65 and above receive a 10% discount on tuition. This discount cannot be reversed after registration is complete.
  • The Continuing Education Center reserves the right to change dates and start classes only after the minimum enrollment requirement is reached. Please register early.
  • Joining a class mid-course still requires full tuition payment. Students who join, take leave, or are absent will not be eligible for make-up classes or refunds.
