The Vitality Taiko course emphasizes mind-body unity and rhythm development, offered at two levels:
- Class B (Beginner): Introduces stick grip, stance, and simple rhythms to build coordination and a sense of beat—ideal for newcomers.
- Class A (Advanced): Explores complex rhythms, stage performance skills, and group ensemble work, focusing on teamwork, presence, and musicality.
Beyond music, Taiko is a full-body workout that enhances focus, stamina, and confidence, while providing the joy of collective energy and performance.
