Stretch & Flow Dance combines stretching, upbeat music, and light aerobic movement to help students relax, improve flexibility, and build energy through simple, flowing routines.

Blending stretching exercises, light aerobics, and rhythmic movement in an enjoyable musical setting. Lessons include basic stretching, body coordination, simple dance steps, and gentle cardio movements to ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, and boost energy. With accessible and low-impact routines, this course is ideal for students seeking a relaxing way to stay active, reduce stress, and develop a consistent movement practice.

$60 / 10 weeks

Notes

  • Each course has a limited number of students. If the enrollment limit is exceeded, priority will be given to those who have paid the registration fee first.
  • Course dates are subject to the latest website version listed above. The printed schedule is subject to change.
  • Target audience: General public aged 18 and above (Parent & Me Course – parents and their immediate children).
    Seniors aged 65 and above receive a 10% discount on tuition. This discount cannot be reversed after registration is complete.
  • The Continuing Education Center reserves the right to change dates and start classes only after the minimum enrollment requirement is reached. Please register early.
  • Joining a class mid-course still requires full tuition payment. Students who join, take leave, or are absent will not be eligible for make-up classes or refunds.
