This class uses light dumbbells to train the entire body through controlled strength-building movements. Students will work the arms, shoulders, back, legs, and core while improving stability, endurance, and overall muscle tone. With a progressive approach, the instructor guides participants of all levels through safe, accessible exercises paired with gentle aerobic rhythms to boost metabolism and fitness. It is ideal for anyone looking to stay healthy, build strength, or start a consistent workout routine.

Note: Please bring two light dumbbells based on your exercise preference.

Notes

  • Each course has a limited number of students. If the enrollment limit is exceeded, priority will be given to those who have paid the registration fee first.
  • Course dates are subject to the latest website version listed above. The printed schedule is subject to change.
  • Target audience: General public aged 18 and above (Parent & Me Course – parents and their immediate children).
    Seniors aged 65 and above receive a 10% discount on tuition. This discount cannot be reversed after registration is complete.
  • The Continuing Education Center reserves the right to change dates and start classes only after the minimum enrollment requirement is reached. Please register early.
  • Joining a class mid-course still requires full tuition payment. Students who join, take leave, or are absent will not be eligible for make-up classes or refunds.
