Beginning Japanese: For absolute beginners, with the first two weeks in-person and the rest via Zoom. Lessons include syllabary pronunciation, hiragana reading and writing, vocabulary, and simple conversations, plus cultural notes for travel and daily use.

Intermediate Japanese: For students with basic knowledge, also with two weeks in-person followed by online sessions. Lessons focus on daily expressions, short reading, simple writing, and stronger grammar and vocabulary, enabling confident communication in shopping, dining, and social settings, while integrating cultural and etiquette insights.

What to Know: This is a hybrid course (in-person + online).

Notes

  • Each course has a limited number of students. If the enrollment limit is exceeded, priority will be given to those who have paid the registration fee first.
  • Course dates are subject to the latest website version listed above. The printed schedule is subject to change.
  • Target audience: General public aged 18 and above (Parent & Me Course – parents and their immediate children).
    Seniors aged 65 and above receive a 10% discount on tuition. This discount cannot be reversed after registration is complete.
  • The Continuing Education Center reserves the right to change dates and start classes only after the minimum enrollment requirement is reached. Please register early.
  • Joining a class mid-course still requires full tuition payment. Students who join, take leave, or are absent will not be eligible for make-up classes or refunds.
