Please join us for Tzu Chi USA’s Northwest Region spring medical outreach, where a team of dedicated medical professional staff will provide medical examination and outpatient services to the public.
- An appointment is required. Please call us at 408-964-4560 on Mon – Thurs from 10 AM – 3 PM to make an appointment.
- A photo ID is required.
- If traveling by public transportation, take VTA Bus 66 to Oakland & Montague or Main & Montague.
