Join us in August as we celebrate a month of healing and blessings with free meditation sessions and community vegan meals.
People of all faiths are invited to these weekend sessions. In these busy, stressful times, meditation can bring calm to the mind, introspection, and self-healing.
Aug. 6-27, 4 p.m.
45 minutes, followed by dinner
Focus: Healing meditation using song and chant to promote well-being and spiritual strength
Instructor: Dr, Jody Yeh-Grandinetti, doctor of acupuncture, herbalist, and healer for more than 25 years
Aug. 7 – Sept. 25, 10 a.m.
1 hour, followed by lunch
Focus: Mindfulness meditation based on loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity
Instructor: Dr. Quynh Nguyen, retired internist and an active practitioner of Insight Meditation since 1985
