Today, advances in medicine enable seniors to live longer, fulfilling lives. To help ensure that seniors live and thrive in a happy and well-adjusted life, Tzu Chi volunteers in San Jose, CA, offer a program just for seniors, hosting the “Happy Seniors” program for Chinese elders.
Tzu Chi volunteers provide companionship as well as interaction throughout the classes to ensure that seniors have a chance for social interaction while they learn new hobbies and skills. It all helps to enhance their mood, health and all-around well-being.
