It’s Spring, so Tzu Chi USA’s farmers market will be open again!
The farmers market will provide fresh vegetables and fruits, seeds, gardening supplies, and daily necessities, as well as guidance from gardening experts on how to build flower sheds, make organic fertilizer, and use water-saving drip irrigation.

in our first Beautiful Campus drawing competition.

Tzu Chi USA’s first drawing competition for children and youth will divide participants into three groups based on age. On the day of the competition, April 13, Tzu Chi will provide drawing paper to all registered participants, who must bring their own art materials and a drawing board.
The contestants will be free to choose a sketching subject from among the many sites and activities on campus – the Buddhist hall, buildings, ecological garden, farmers market, park grounds, etc. All artwork must be completed and submitted for review at noon, and Tzu Chi will announce the results at 1:30 PM.
