400;\">\u7f8e\u570b\u6148\u6fdf\u91ab\u7642\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u57f7\u884c\u9577\u845b\u6fdf\u6368\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u4eba\u91ab\u8ad6\u58c7\u662f\u7d55\u4f73\u6a5f\u6703\u806f\u5408\u5fd7\u540c\u9053\u5408\u91ab\u7642\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u8207\u5fd7\u5de5\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u7814\u8a0e\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u5168\u4eba\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u9867\u3002\u6148\u6fdf\u4eba\u91ab\u6703\u63d0\u5021\u91ab\u8005\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u91ab\u75c5\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6148\u60b2\u70ba\u61f7\uff0c\u91ab\u75c5\u3001\u91ab\u4eba\u53c8\u91ab\u5fc3\u3002<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2019\u8ad6\u58c7\u4e3b\u984c\u5f37\u8abf\u300c\u5065\u5eb7\u5fc3\u89ba\u9192\uff1a\u5f9e\u8eab\u5fc3\u9748\u63a2\u8a0e\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u300d(Enlightened Wellness: Body \u00b7 Mind \u00b7 Spirit)\uff0c\u4e09\u5929\u6703\u8b70\u4e2d\uff0c\u8207\u6703\u8005\u5c07\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4ee5\u4eba\u70ba\u672c\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u4eba\u6587\u3001\u4e2d\u897f\u91ab\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u6574\u5408\u91ab\u7642\u3001\u7121\u8a9e\u826f\u5e2b-\u5927\u9ad4\u6350\u8d08\u5178\u7bc4\u3001\u5927\u611b\u91ab\u7642\u5de1\u8ff4\u8eca\u548c\u793e\u5340\u7fa9\u8a3a\u3001\u764c\u75c7\u91ab\u7642\u65b0\u91cc\u7a0b\u3001\u570b\u969b\u8cd1\u707d\u548c\u7fa9\u8a3a\u3001\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u3001\u7d20\u98df\u548c\u6b63\u5ff5\u6e1b\u58d3\u7b49\u3002\u300c\u4eba\u672c\u91ab\u7642\u300d\u662f\u5168\u7403\u5927\u52e2\u6240\u8da8\uff0c\u5f9e\u75c5\u4eba\u89d2\u5ea6\u51fa\u767c\uff0c\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ca\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u7686\u4ee5\u75c5\u4eba\u70ba\u672c\uff0c\u5c0a\u91cd\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u8207\u53c3\u8207\u3002<\/span><\/p><p><span
