Disaster Relief Assistance
Tzu Chi USA is providing emergency financial assistance (EFA) to qualifying households that have been severely impacted by recent storms in California. To receive help, please apply using the form below.
Eligibility:
- Renters or homeowners living at residences that were destroyed or severely damaged by storms/flooding in January 2023.
- The destroyed or severely damaged residence MUST be your PRIMARY RESIDENCE. If NOT, please DO NOT apply to reserve resources for those in dire need.
