Job Description

  • Contact Government or private Organizations to acquire projects or  partnership and form programs to aid community need. 

  • Communicate with organizations and promote Tzu Chi missions.

  • Monitor current projects and coordinates team members involved to keep workflow on track

  • Organize and plan meetings with project manager

  • Communicate timeline changes and new information to team, tracks project changes , Record meeting minutes 

  • Keep track of all project related paperwork and ensure all needed materials are current and properly stored.

  • Any other administrative assignments

Education

Bachelors degree. Major: Admin, Marketing, Communications. 

Experience

Previous experience in Admin, marketing or manager role.

Language

Fluent in English and Chinese, able to read and write both languages

Software

MS Office suite

Hours

40 hours per week
