Tzu Chi USA is providing Emergency Financial Assistance to the primary resident(s) of homes that have been destroyed or severely damaged by Hurricane Helene or Milton.

If you live in North Carolina or South Carolina, continue.
Eligibility:
- Homeowners or renters living at residences that were destroyed or severely damaged by Hurricane Helene.
- The destroyed or severely damaged residence MUST be your PRIMARY RESIDENCE. If NOT, please DO NOT apply to reserve resources for those in dire need.
Please note:
Distribution of Emergency Financial Assistance will be IN PERSON in Asheville, NC. A second distribution site in North Carolina is being considered but yet to be arranged.
