A vegetarian diet is becoming an increasingly popular. Especially in creating a habit that helps promote physical, and mental balance.
Tzu Chi is committed to promoting vegetarianism and caring for everyone in our community.
We will be providing free vegetarian lunch boxes to residents over 70 years old at our Manhattan Service Center, every Monday morning from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
100 lunch boxes will be available. We are not taking new registrations at this moment. If you have already registered for this program, please come and take a bite!
Please be sure to:
- Bring your ID and distribution registration card (if this is your first time picking up, or else just your ID)
- Arrive at the distribution site between 11:30 am through 12:30 pm EDT, on the day of distribution
- For health and safety, please wear a mask throughout the entire process.
- Friendly reminder, each family is eligible to partake in one session every two weeks.
