La celebraci\u00f3n del A\u00f1o Nuevo Lunar es una tradici\u00f3n cultural china muy importante. Es el momento en que la gente despide el a\u00f1o viejo y da la bienvenida al a\u00f1o nuevo. Para los voluntarios de Tzu Chi, es el tiempo en que todos suelen regresar a la Morada de Jing Si con un coraz\u00f3n de alegr\u00eda. Sin embargo, este a\u00f1o es diferente. A las personas que regresan del extranjero se les exige ponerse en cuarentena durante m\u00e1s de 20 d\u00edas, lo que es bastante tiempo. Por eso la gente ha pospuesto sus viajes.<\/span><\/p>

Durante la celebraci\u00f3n de este a\u00f1o, todav\u00eda necesit\u00e1bamos observar el distanciamiento social en la Morada. Aunque hab\u00eda distancia f\u00edsica entre las personas, nuestras relaciones, basadas en la esencia del Dharma, todav\u00eda estaban estrechamente conectadas, y seguiamos siendo muy cercanas de coraz\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>

Nuestras conexiones con el Dharma se conectan a trav\u00e9s de innumerables vidas, expresadas a trav\u00e9s de nuestras aspiraciones y votos comunes. Ya que con atenci\u00f3n y diligencia prometemos caminar por el Camino del Bodhisatva, tenemos un \u201camor despierto\u201d. A trav\u00e9s de este amor puro y desinteresado, podemos extender nuestras conexiones a lo largo y ancho.<\/span><\/p>

El Buddha Dharma nos ense\u00f1a a mantener fervientemente nuestras mentes puras y un amor desinteresado con los dem\u00e1s. En este mundo, cada persona tiene un viaje diferente. As\u00ed es el mundo. Tuve videoconferencias con voluntarios de Tzu Chi en Jordania y Turqu\u00eda y v\u00ed que los ni\u00f1os eran adorables. Aunque su lenguaje es diferente al nuestro, oramos por lo mismo. Oramos por el gran amor que trae paz. Los voluntarios tambi\u00e9n cantaron la canci\u00f3n \u201cUna familia\u201d. La melod\u00eda y el ritmo eran muy familiares y pudimos cantar juntos. Los voluntarios de Tzu Chi en todo el mundo son una gran familia.<\/span><\/p>

La cualidad m\u00e1s pura y sincera que todos compartimos es el amor. En el Buddha Dharma, este concepto com\u00fan de amor se captura en la palabra <\/span>compasi\u00f3n<\/span><\/i>. La fe\u00a0 protestante y cat\u00f3lica ense\u00f1a sobre \u201cbenevolencia\u201d y \u201ccaritas\u201d. Ambos se basan en el concepto de amor, el rasgo de car\u00e1cter m\u00e1s valioso del ser humano. Recientemente, a menudo he hablado de \u201chacer un inventario de nuestras vidas.\u201d \u00bfCu\u00e1nto amor tenemos en nuestras vidas? \u00bfEs este amor que hemos recibido, o el amor que hemos dado? Debemos tener gratitud y corresponder al amor que hemos recibido. Siempre debemos de estar agradecidos y buscar todas las oportunidades para retribuir.<\/span><\/p>

\u00bfC\u00f3mo retribuimos al mundo? No podemos hacerlo solos. Se necesita un grupo de personas comprometido para hacer la diferencia. Si no somos capaces de bendecirnos unos a otros, si somos capaces de conectar este mundo de ocho mil millones de personas con un gran amor, independientemente de nuestras diferencias y creencias, podemos convertir la Tierra en una tierra pura.<\/span><\/p>

Tzu Chi se estableci\u00f3 hace cincuenta y seis a\u00f1os. Hay muchas cosas y personas por las que estar agradecido. Cada d\u00eda comienza con el segundo despu\u00e9s de la medianoche. Hay 86.400 segundos al d\u00eda, y deseo paz en cada segundo. El tiempo pasa segundo a segundo y necesitamos crear amor en cada segundo. Si cada segundo est\u00e1 lleno de amor, entonces realmente tendremos \u201cuna tierra pura en la Tierra\u201d. Esta tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 una tierra pura de Bodhisattvas.<\/span><\/p>

En este momento estamos celebrando el A\u00f1o Nuevo Lunar. Queridos bodhisattvas, debemos hacer votos constantemente. El Buddha Dharma habla de \u201cgrandes votos\u201d, lo que significa que nuestros votos deben de ser grandes. Nuestros \u201cvotos\u201d deben de ser inseparables del amor, y \u201cel poder de nuestros votos\u201d es dar con amor. Prometemos liberar a incontables seres sintientes, eliminar infinitas aflicciones y alcanzar la insuperable budeidad. Cuando cada uno forme grandes aspiraciones en su mente, se acomode todo en el mundo, y demos con gran amor, el mundo ser\u00e1 hermoso. Espero que haya m\u00e1s bodhisattvas. Cuando muchas m\u00e1s personas se re\u00fanan, el mundo estar\u00e1 en paz.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
