For so many Californians, catastrophic fires ushered in the new year, the widespread disaster destroying entire neighborhoods with overwhelming speed. In the face of this crisis, Tzu Chi volunteers are committed to providing relief to those most urgently in need.

Our volunteers have joined hands at Disaster Recovery Centers, reached out to locals to learn of their needs, and coordinated with community partners to strengthen our efforts. Through multiple wildfire relief distributions, Tzu Chi has provided financial support, warm eco-blankets, food, and clothing, with more relief efforts and long-term recovery projects on the way.
